Red sorghum

Product description:

Red sorghum is a bread, technical and fodder plant. The grain contains 61-68% starch, 7.8-16.7% protein, and 1.7-6.5% fat. It is used to make flour, cereals, alcohol, starch, and other products. 

Sorghum stalks (containing up to 18% sugar) are used to produce molasses (sorghum honey). Grain and green mass are used for cattle feed. Straw is used as a raw material for the production of paper, cardboard, wickerwork, brooms, roofing, fuel, and fencing.
