White millet is one of the main cereal crops in Ukraine, the value of which is determined by the virtually waste-free use of processed products in the food, feed, pharmaceutical, brewing, microbiological, and industrial sectors. 

Millet raw materials are widely used in feed production: grain and its processed products are valuable fodder for livestock.
